General booking conditions
These Booking Conditions, together with the policies of Privacy, form the basis of your contract with AielloSuites and Aiello srl.
This document defines the respective rights and obligations.
In these Booking Conditions, the words “you” and “you”, “your” refer to all the names indicated in the reservation (including the names added or replaced at a later time). “We” and “our” refer to AielloSuites and Aiello srl. The term “Providers” refers to any third party that can provide transportation services, hotel industry or any other service directly contracted with you.

1. Your Reservation
By making a reservation, the one who completes the process is identified as a leader of the group and confirms that it is authorized by the other parties to adhere to these Booking Conditions.
The group leader is responsible for all payments due to us.
We will confirm your stay (subject to availability) and send you a confirmation note by e-mail.
Please carefully check the booking confirmation and contact us in the event that this document or any other were to appear to you incomplete or incorrect, since it may not be possible to change it later.
To make a reservation you require a valid credit card.
In the absence of a valid credit card, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Upon check-in at the hotel you will be asked for an identity document valid for each guest.
Please note that to complete the booking you must be of age, children and teens staying must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Your Contract
The contract is in place when you make the reservation.
The above contract is subject to Italian law and the parties agree that any disputes shall be the responsibility of the Italian Law and the Court of Milan.

3. The cost of your stay
We reserve the right to increase or decrease the rates at any time.
The price of your stay will still be confirmed at the time of your reservation.
From the moment your booking is confirmed (still subject to errors and omissions), the price of your stay will not be increased / will not change.
The rate confirmed will not be including any local taxes introduced by the Finance Act 2007.
The hotel booked reserves the right to add The amount of these fees to the confirmed rate.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, both in the advertised price and in that confirmed.

4. Payment
Payment is made by credit card.

Best Available Rate: Free reservation. The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Not Refundable Rate: Discount price. The total price of the reservation will be charged at the moment of reservation.

5. Changes made by you
In case you wish to make changes to your booking, you must contact us through the spaces or by email in the Contact section of this website
Although it is our goal to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your every change request.
The moment you realize the conditions under which it will be possible to make the requested change to the reservation made by you, the transaction will be treated as a cancellation and a subsequent re-booking and any subsequent cancellation will take effect (see. Section 6 of this document).

6. Cancellations made by you
In the event that you or any participant of your group you need to cancel your stay after the booking confirmation, the leader of the group is required to notify us immediately.
Your notice of cancellation will be effective only if a request through this website.

Best Available Rate: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.Not Refundable Rate: If cancelled or modified the total price of the reservation will be charged.

7. Changes and cancellations made by us

We plan offers and rates with several months in advance.
Occasionally we need to make changes or to correct errors in the website and other details, both before and after bookings have been confirmed. It’s our pleasure to try as much as possible to avoid changes and cancellations, but we reserve the right to carry out. Most of these changes are minor but occasionally we need to make significant adjustments. In this case, we will communicate it in the shortest time possible. If there will be the opportunity and the time needed to arrange things before the departure date of your stay, we will propose the following alternatives:
(A) (for significant changes) accepting the amended terms
(B) proposed an alternative stay with us, and with standard conditions similar to or greater than that originally booked, or
(C) cancel or accept the cancellation, in which case any payment made to us will be reversed. Please note that the alternatives proposed above are not applicable if the changes are of a minor nature.

8. Force Majeure
Except as expressly permitted by these Booking Conditions, we are not responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by you (as described in detail in paragraph 9) or in the event that the full or partial use of our services is limited to Due to the occurrence of cases of “force majeure”. In this document relating to the Booking Conditions, “force majeure” means any event that can not be foreseen or prevented by us or our service providers, despite all the attention paid. This type of event includes events of war or similar activities, riot, civil disturbance, terrorist attacks, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, strikes or any other events beyond our control.

9. Our liability to you
It’s our aim to reassure the fact that all services provided in your booking are prepared with the greatest care. We will be responsible for any failure occurred during your stay, if the cause can be attributed to a failure by us or our employees (if they were operating in their faculties and duties of the employee) or due to deficiencies on the part of our booking agents and sales (where applicable). Instead it will be your responsibility to prove that there was indeed a failure on our part, in case you wish to make a claim. We will not be responsible in case of illness, injury or injury, death, loss of any personal belongings, damage, extra cost in any of the following cases:

(A) for lack attributable to one or more persons belonging to the group of participants
(B) for failure due to a third party not directly connected with the provision of the service or stay, shortcomings that have not been able to be predicted or avoided, or
(C) because of an event or circumstance that we or the supplier of the service in question could not predict or avoid, despite the utmost care applied
(D) lack of some third party who is not directly involved in providing services on our behalf.

Beyond that, we will not be responsible for the lack of enjoyment of your stay due to a lack of communication from you of some important element to that effect at the time of booking or not resulting in the booking contract.
In particular, we will not be responsible for any service that is not expressly included in the contract. This excludes from the responsibility, for example, any additional services provided directly by the guest house or by an outside vendor, not reported in the conditions of the offer and that has not been agreed upon booking.

10. Problems and Complaints
In case you have any reason to make a claim, or have to report some problem occorsovi, you are required to immediately notify the service provider in question. Any verbal notification must be in writing and sent as soon as possible to our supplier. As long as we do not we are aware of a problem, we cannot try to fix it. Many problems can be resolved quickly. Conversely, if you stayed you still dissatisfied, you can contact us directly via the “Contacts”, by exposing a complete description of your complaint.

11. Conduct and damage
Upon booking, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or by a participant in your group. In case of detecting any damage or loss at the check-out, you must pay the full and immediate for any damage or loss caused, according to the inventory present within each structure Aiellosuites regard to the items specified as detailed in the same , and according to the market value as regards the items not covered in the inventory. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for any lawsuit filed against you and you will be required full payment of our legal costs and also those of any third party involved.

12. Check out delayed
To check out more than 10:15 will be charged a penalty of 50% of the daily rate as a “late fee”.
Check out late it can be carried out until 13:00.

13. Check in delayed
It is not possible to check in after 20:00.

14. General conditions for suppliers
Some of the services that make up your holiday are offered by independent suppliers from the guest house. The latter ensure the supply of these services according to their terms and conditions of sale.

15. No smoking
All public areas of the guest house and uncommon Aiello Suites are strictly non-smoking areas.
Violators are subject to an administrative fine of EUR 27.50 to EUR 275.00 dl January 16, 2003 No. 3, Article 51.

16. Special needs and health problems
If you have any special requests, we ask you to inform you at the time of booking. Although we will try to satisfy all requests, provided that they are reasonable, we cannot guarantee that every request is met without a written confirmation. You will get a written confirmation to your request (if possible) if the request were to be crucial for you. Confirmation that the request has been notified or sent to the supplier or included in the special requests on the receipt or any other document is not confirmation that the request will be met.
Unless it is specifically indicated, all special requests are subject to availability.
If you or any person known to you should have health problems or disabilities that might influence on the course of your vacation, communicate it before the booking confirmation. If we were to assume, reasonably, that they can not meet the special needs of you reported, we reserve the right to decline your booking or, if such information is not received at the time of booking, then it will not be taken into account.

17. Travel documents
You are responsible for all travel documents and vouchers. You will not be reimbursed if, because of travel documents are not in order, you cannot make or complete the stay the same and we will not be responsible for additional costs that you may suffer as a result.
